Project PLUS is an innovative collaboration between the largest brewery in Slovenia and Circular Change. Its purpose is to make Laško Union a frontrunner in the field of sustainability by reshaping and aligning its corporate sustainability strategy to reach the ambitious goals (based on UN’s Sustainable Development Goals), set by the parent company Heineken International

Circular Change will provide expertise on implementing circular economy models within the company, to engage and manage internal and external stakeholders and offer communication support. Activities include the preparation and moderation of employee workshops, communication briefs, overhaul of the company’s CSR elements (website, etc.), nurturing relationships with external stakeholders and engaging the employees in the process of forming a new sustainability strategy – thereby also supporting employee entrepreneurship.
