Greening by Advancing the Collaborative Ecosystems in Public Institutions: The Case of CEF Coordinators

The CEF Coordinators play a key role in advancing the Strategic Direction 2022-2026, aimed at supporting public institutions in becoming learning organizations for sustainable development. This bi-annual event focuses on knowledge sharing, team building, and joint planning to address pressing regional challenges, such as climate change and sustainability.

At the meeting, a framework will be presented that outlines how network tools can strengthen public institutions and foster collaboration. The framework emphasizes building trust, developing mature relationships, and transitioning from individual projects to consistent collaborative initiatives for greater impact.

The workshop will help participants understand, experience, and plan the next steps for applying this collaborative approach in their work.
